  • Green Tea: It has many anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and inflammation. Procedure- Make a cup of green tea and put it in the refrigerator for 40-45 minutes and then take a clean cotton ball and massage it over the affected area.
  • Honey: Honey is a rich source of humectant which helps in reducing skin redness and moisturizes the skin. Procedure- Apply honey to the affected area and give a gentle massage. They let it dry for 20-30 minutes and wash it off with regular or lukewarm water.
  • Essential Oils: Some essential oils such as rose, green tea, lavender, etc. have healing and anti-inflammatory properties that can help your skin to fight with rosacea. Procedure- Combine 2 -3 drops of essential oils with any carrier oils such as almond or coconuts and give a gentle massage to the affected area before going to bed.

  • Topical Drugs: This medication is for mild rosacea, some topical creams are used to reduce redness by constricting blood vessels. The results may be visible within 12 hours after use.
