Telangana EAMCET popularly known as TS EAMCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. Through this entrance examination students can take admissions to various professional courses offered in the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh it is University/Private Colleges.

The entrance exam will be conducted on May 2, 2016. TS EAMCET Exam is for admission to the courses like B.E. / B.Tech., B.Tech.(Ag. Engg.), B.Tech.(Diary Technology), B.Tech. (BioTechnology), B.Tech.(Food Science &  Technology), BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Commercial Agri. and Business Management., B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc., MBBS / BDS., BAMS/ BHMS / BNYS., Pharm-D. The test centers are available at Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati and Kurnool candidates who have already applied and wish to change the exam center to one of these. Correction facility will be available on the official website. Telangana EAMCET Application form canbe filled and submitted only online. To be eligible in this entrance examination, candidate must pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 45 % marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology and 40% in case of candidates SC, ST category.


TS EAMCET will be a pen paper based test and the medium of question paper will be in English and Telegu.There will be total number of 160 MCQ and objective type questions with 4 options. Each correct answer carries one mark with no negative marking. The total duration of the entrance examination is 3 hours.

TS EAMCET Hall ticket: The admit card will be available for download from April 24, 2016- April 30, 2016, on the official website of TS EAMCET. It is important for all the candidates to download the hall ticket and produce it at the examination hall. Candidate must note that the admit card will not be sent by post or courier. The hall ticket will only be available to those candidates who are eligible to appear in TS EAMCET entrance exam and have filled in the online application form before the deadline.

The hall ticketwill bear the various important information like the name of the candidate, category of the candidate, course for which candidates has applied, medium of language selected by the candidate, address of the test centre, candidate’s nationality, scanned signature and photograph of the candidate etc. Candidate must check his/her hall ticket for details, any error or omission should be immediately reported to the authorities for necessary amendments.

The hall ticket is one of the most important documents for the candidates not only in the day of the examination but also on the day of counselling and admission process as well. So the candidates must keep it safely for future use. The candidates should not write anything on the admit card as they will be provided rough sheet at the examination centre by the examination committee.

In Case of any kind of error or problem occurring in the admit card like misspelt name, exam center not specified or the choice of the subjects not clearly mentioned, they can report to the authorities immediately.
